Drive Sealed

Does a driving record have to be sealed in the envelope in which it came to be valid and acceptable?
I was ticketed in montgomery county, tx. DPS.
I don’t think so. I had a ticket in TX too and I also needed that. What they required was a driving record from DPS with a special TX watermark seal signed by the clerk. I think DPS charged $10 for it.
